Hi,
We regularly produce PDFs with number bullet points on a page. I have recently swapped out a users PC and now when they open any example of this document they get a separate text box for each bullet point. If I open the same on my PC I get 1 large text box, which they also had on their previous PC - does anyone know how we can change it so this user also sees 1 big text box?
Thanks in advance

It's a new feature, see:

That's great thanks, the only thing is the option to turn it off isn't where it says it should be on the bottom of that page!
I have made sure it's fully up to date and tried repairing the install just in case, do you know another way to get this back to the old way of working?
Thanks

That new feature is only for certain Acrobat users. It is the new Acrobat.
@TomHawes What version of Acrobat are you using?

Hi,
I'm on the continuous release version and it's up to date - full version number if you need it is: 2023.001.20174. I am in England and have no plug-ins installed, which I think might be relevent from your post?
Thanks

Weird. I don't have that option either. And I am also on the latest continuous release version, up to date.
I was thinking of the "New" Acrobat: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html
But even on my up-to-date sontinuous release version, I don't have the option to "Enable New Acrobat."
I had the Beta installed (which is the new version), but after working with it for a bit, I uninstalled it.
Maybe the computers in your office don't meet the 64 bit requirements? The website does say that it's not available to all users, and that hey'remaking it available as an epxeriment....
But the strange this is that on this page: the screenshots showthe continuous release version and not the newly redesigned beta version. Also, the article is dated from Spetember of last year. And yet, your post today is the first I've heard of this new feature...
I wish I had more help for you, but I'm stumped.

It's a new mid-range PC and is running 64 bit everything else so I don't think that's the issue.
For now the user is going to go back to his old PC and I'm going to keep an eye on things and hopefully it will make sense with a future update?!
Thank you for looking and taking the time too reply 🙂
