I have searched this forum as well as Google and cannot find the actual location of my digital signature file. I can get to it via the Preferences, but that does not show the path name. Does anyone know the actual path to digital signature file(s)? Probably starts with <user><Library> . . . .

As per the description above, you want to know the path/location of your Digital Signature file on your Mac machine, Is that correct?
The default location of Digital Signature is saved in User/UserProfile/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/Acrobat/11orDC/Security or ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/Acrobat/11orDC/Security
You will find your Digital ID in this location. You can also check the location from Acrobat. Navigate to Acrobat's Preferences>Signatures>Under Identities and Trusted Certificates>Click on More>Highlight Digital ID files> You will be able to see your Digital ID information with the location.
