Disable "mirroring" (need help)

New Here ,
Jul 14, 2017 Jul 14, 2017

Hello I'm filling out a PDF form and two troublesome fields decided they want to mirror each-others exact text.

Here is my problem

Field 1.A: "Name1"   1.B: "Address for name 1"

Field 2.A: "Name2"   2.B: "Address for name 2"

What is happening is when I type in address in column/field  1.B it appears in 2.B simultaneously and vice versa if I put anything in 2.B it appears in 1.B

I want to disable this. This is only happening with two fields of this PDF form.

These are 2 different people with 2 different addresses.  (I'm using ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC)

If you know how to fix this I'd appreciate the help.

Thanks,

R

We would need to see the form to be absolutely sure, but I expect that there are two fields with the same name.
