Disappearing Footers/Edited Text

Hello! On scanned documents, when I have added a footer or additional text and I hit save, sometimes (not all the time) the footers/text disappear and there is no way to bring them back. Sometimes they have turned invisible and sometimes they look like below.  I really need this fixed as it takes so long to go back and repopulate every footer. Please help!!

Hi @maddie5567 Thanks for reporting the issue. I checked at my end on a few scanned documents and after saving, I can view the applied header and footers. To be able to investigate further, could you please share the following information,

1. Acrobat version

2. OS version

3. If the issue is file specific, can you please share the file?

4. When you mention (not all the time), could you share frequency of the issue?

5. Can you share a sample header and footer format, that you are adding?
