I have what is hopefully a quick question(and I hope this is the right place):
Is there a known issue where saving a PDF to MAC will erase links?
I'm creating PDFs in inDesign that have links in them. I export them properly, and the files work on my PC. I send them to my boss, who recently converted to a Mac from PC and she claims she can't see them. The files in question are the same ones I used last year for the same purpose with the same output settings. She claims she had to go into Acrobat and edit the files which shouldn't be necessary at all. I believe she is also opening the files in Acrobat.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?

That should be "hyperlink" not an inDesign link.

I have also tried this on 3 other PCs and the hyperlinks are present and functional.

The first thing to do is to ask your boss if she is viewing the PDF in the default Preview app or in Adobe Acrobat (or Adobe Acrobat Reader). Preview is substandard for viewing PDFs.
I use Mac and I love Preview, but not for PDFs.

Do you mean that she is using Save?
