Display file attachment in PDF form.

Good morning, 

I have created a basic form to figure out how to display an attached file within my PDF form.

I have a button that uses java to attach a file, now I want it to display the attachment on the PDF form.

Cant find an answer, pleae help, attached is the form

Hi, 

I don't think that is possible.

The pdf form does not have the power to change the form itself andd a view of the file attached. 

Even if the document attached was an image, you might not be able to get a preview to display within the form automatically.

Sorry, I should have been more clear.

The file type that I want to display in my PDF Form is another PDF.
