I get following error message when printing from PS to make a pdf file for offset printing.

I have tried to resolve the issue more than once with the support team but they have no clue what is going on. The PS support team says after the have changed everything it is and issue with Acrobat DC. But the Acrobat support team says this is a PS problem.

By the way this happens only when turning on the "Describtion and Labels" in the Printing Marks settings.
