Distorted Blue Popup Messages

As if the blue popups that ask me if I want to fill out a form everytime I open a document weren't annoying enough (even when the document contains no attributes of a form)... Now they are all just big distorted blobs of text. Is there a fix? Can we just get rid of these intrusive popups altogether? I really don't need my software being so insecure in its own existence that it needs to beg me to use the form building/signing/etc. tools. I'll use them when I need to use them, thank you.

Can you please provide the following information:
1. What is the current build that you are using?
2. Are you using dual monitor?
3. Click on Check for Updates.
4. If there is another update, first update and please try to reproduce the same issue and also share the latest build.

I have almost same problem with scan OCR function. Seems to be software bug
