Distributed form not submitting data

I have created a form and distributed it out to several users and collecting the data using Tracker.  Two of the three people have not issues submitting information and Tracker capturing the information. The third person gets an error message when submitting that the form is closed and no longer excepting input, please reach out to the initiator.

 

The only difference between the three computers is that the ones not having an issue have Adobe and the one having the issue is Adobe reader, but I do not understand why that would matter.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Please ask the Acrobat Reader user to make sure that he has the updated application. Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure he has the recent version 22.1.20085 installed. Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer.

 

Also, ask him to download the form to his computer locally and then try to fill and submit it and check.

 

If it still doesn't work, make sure you have made the form Reader enabled. open the PDF form in Acro

If it still doesn't work, make sure you have made the form Reader enabled. open the PDF form in Acrobat DC > File > save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable more tools (Include form fill and save) and reshare the form with the Acrobat Reader user.
