I literally only use Acrobat Pro to create PDFs either from other file formats or by combining files, add and remove pages, and sign documents. I very occasionally need to add footers or edit text. I don't want to keep paying for the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan that includes software I don't use if I can get the same thing with the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack plan. Please help. (The AI "assistant" was of no assistance.)
Please excuse my tone; I've been searching for this answer to no avail and I'm quite frustrated.

Hi ifemoj ,
Sorry about the delay in response.
Yes, the Acrobat PDF pack is only for the services available on the Acrobat online account.
You will require the Acrobat Pro subscription for the desktop application. However, the subscription works on all platforms (desktop, mobile, and web applications). For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4j7Q0Bn.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi ifemoj,
Thank you for reaching out.
You do not get access to all the features of Acrobat Online. Some features are only available on the desktop application. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3FH9sWr.
The Acrobat PDF pack allows you to create PDFs from other file formats. However, Acrobat Online offers limited features for editing PDFs.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi, Meenakshi,
Thank you for responding to my question? To clarify, the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack plan is for online PDF services only, where as the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan offers the desktop software as well, and that's the difference in PDF capabilities?
Thanks,
Ife
