Document Sharing

Hello

 

Is there currently an issue with the Adobe Document Cloud? For the last 24 hours I've been trying to share a PDF for comments via the desktop version of Acrobat but the system is very glitchy. 

 

On some attempts to share a PDF, the 'Preparing shared file' message appears but the file never shares. 

 

On occasions when the PDF does share with members of my team, they are sometimes unable to make comments on the document via their browser as it says that 'Comments can't be added - file is shared for viewing only', even though the file shows that commenting is enabled. 

 

When attempting to open a shared file in desktop Acrobat, sometimes the file will load and show comments, other times it'll fail to connect to Document Cloud. 

 

Finally, while attempting to view shared files through adobe.com/files, intially the page will load but no files will be visible, only a progress bar. Eventually, this page will revert to:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.adobe.com/files/shared?" on this server.

Our IT admin has had a look and confirmed that nothing has changed at our end with things like firewall settings etc. Our subscriptions to Adobe are all active.

 

This system used to work really well and my team use it al the time, so any help with this will be appreciated.
