Docusign Email Change

I want to change the email from which and to which docusigned are sent.  How do I do this?

 

I changed the email address related to my Adobe account, but the docusigned emails are sent to another email address that I no longer wish to use.

Please confirm if you are using the DocuSign application or the Acrobat Sign. DocuSign is not an Adobe product.

If you are using Acrobat Sign, please share both email addresses in a private message. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Also, please share more information on what you mean by "I want to change the email from which and to which DocuSign is sent." If you can share the screen recording describing what you wish to change, we can provide the correct information.

Meenakshi Negi:

I am using Adobe Acrobat to send documents for esignature from within that program.

When I request an electronic signature the email that reports the document was sent and is out for signature is sent to [email removed]. Similarly, the email that reports the document was electronically signed and has the executed document attached is sent to [email removed]. I wish to have these emails and the electronically signed documents sent to [email removed].

How can I affect this change.
