docx and jpg files can't combine at the same time

Adobe Acrobat Pro, Continious Release | Version 2023.006.20320 | 64-bit editon is already setup on our local computer. System ready with windows 10 64-bit. When we try to combine docs and jpg extension files at the same time the application shows error and files can't combined into single pdf file. Error shown below and attached document. The message says 'There was an eror encountered while combining files. Do you want to open the combined file or return the file list and try again?'

try printing your doc as a pdf and then merge the pdf and bitmap.

of course it is an another way but previouse version can merge doc and pşctures at the same time properly. But the newest version of adope acrobat can't be do it. May be Adobe is change the algorithm or they have a bug in it.

i have the same acrobat version and am unable to open your docx but can open other docx files in acrobat.

did you try to combine given files pls because word file name icludes non english character but it should be manage by the acrobat now.

i changed the file name and then opened in ms word and resaved with a different name. both failed to open in acrobat.

The problem is the same and I need to combine multiple jpg files at the same time but it gives the same error to me. sample jpg files are attached to this ticket and you can try to combine jpg files without Word document.

One of the temporary solution can be delete registry DC folder item into Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat

and then try to combine and it still works. On the other hand after combining process if we close adobe and retry another combining job the problems occurs again to us and we need close adobe acrobat delete regisrty item and try combine. It still continue with this shape.

glad you found a work-around, but again, i only have a problem when opening or combining the docx file you attached.
