Does Acrobat DC support foreign language symbols added on editable documents?

Hi, I'm creating an editable document with English language but I just want to know if it will allow people to add a foreign language character or symbol to their names if needed example a 'French accent'. eg: Timothée (accent on top of 'e')

Availability of characters is a function of the font being used. If the font is within the font set being used one cut and paste the font from a program like charmap or using the <Ctrl> key and the numeric key pad to enter the unicode value.
