Does Adobe Acrobat Std or Pro have Merge Multiple interactive PDF Forms into one PDF Form w/o saving

I have user that showed IT a program that can print pdf from websites, email and etc without saving files to the Hard Drive.

On top of this you when you  use the print pdf feature  similar to adobe pdf  -  the print pdf websites, email and etc will  stack different pdf files of pdf without saving.

Everytime I use adobe pdf I am always asked to save the file on the Desktop or somewhere in Local Hard Drive.

And if I need to add another adobe pdf or merge pdf file I always asked to save to my local hard drive on the same file.

Is possible for Adobe Standard or Pro to have this feature?

Thanks in Advance!

No PDF file can be viewed (as a PDF) without a copy of it first being downloaded to the computer.

Thanks for response @Try67

I was hoping for a better answer.

It would be really nice feature  for adobe to have to cache a pdf without saving along being able to stack multiple files into one pdf.

Acrobat can certainly combine multiple PDF files to a single file. I never said it couldn't. You're mixing two separate things here.
