Hi,

I think it would. I would run a coupl eof 'cleaning' tools on your computer.

On a windows operating system, you can use 'Disk CleanUp' from Right-click on C:\ drive and Properties. 

If you resume the install, you know it clears the file is the download starts a 0%.
