Doppelseitiges Scannen mit Adobe Acrobat

Hallo liebe Community,

seit einer Neuinstallation der Creative Cloud und der dazugehörigen Apps (auch Adobe Acrobat) funktioniert leider das doppelseitige Scannen nicht mehr. Es ist ziemlich nervig jetzt erst die Vorderseiten zu scannen, dann den Stapel umzudrehen und dann die Rückseiten zu scannen. Und dann muss man noch alle Seiten in die richtige Reihenfolge bringen. Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung? Lieben Dank

Hello @oliviar17510589. Please be aware that Acrobat, by itself, cannot scan. It uses some technology called TWAIN that links the controls of your scanning software into Acrobat. If you're on a PC, this controls the scanning software directly. On a Mac, due to Apple's security, this is not directly possible, and Mac users must rely upon Apple software (Image Capture) to do this.

 

Please see if your scanning software (or Apple's Image Capture) can do the double-sided scanning. If it can, then it's an issue with Acrobat. If it can't, then it's the scanning software's issue.

My scanning software can do the double-sided scanning. It is definitely a problem with Adobe. It worked perfectly for 10 years. After reinstalling Windows and then all Adobe programs, it no longer worked
