Hello,
I am using Adobe Acrobat to send documents for signature. When I send them for signature, I create one signature box. When the form is received, however, it sometimes has two signature boxes that slightly overlap, and it asks the client to sign both and looks really unprofessional. Has anyone else seen this?

Share the complete workflow you use to send the document.
If possible, a screen recording of the workflow with a sample PDF will be helpful.
