Downloading Acrobat DC Pro Issues - Secondary Computer

Hello,

I am having trouble downlaoding Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on my comupter. I am downaoding and using a lisence on a secondary computer but I keep getting the error message that the lisence is already in use. I was hoping to get in touch with a representative from Adobe. Please advise on how I can complete the downloading process.
