Drag and Drop open pdf into other other applications, windows, Finder, etc

I am using Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20360, and when I am looking at an open pdf, I would like to be able to drag that pdf into other applications, such as email. For example, I am reviewing an open pdf, and I want to just drag that pdf and attach it to an email in Google or Microsoft 365. I swear I used to be able to do this. In other applications, like Mircosoft Office 365, you can just grap the icon in the top window and move it over. Or, even in this form, if I had an open pdf in Acrobat Pro and wanted to use the Drag and drop feature in this post submission, how do I do that? Where is the icon I grab to drop it in?
