Drag and drop pages does not update the page thumbnail

Hi all,

When I drag and drop a page from PSf document B to document A, the page thumbnail for the dragged page on document A does not show the actual page overview. 

Only after I select the page on the page thumbnail does it update the thumbnail to the accurate one. I've reinstalled the application and still not solved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20470 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Also a small video recording of the steps and the issue would be very helpful for more clarity.
