Drop Down Box

I am using drop down boxes in my PDF on Acrobat Pro DC.  I think I am missing a step because the drop down box data appears on my computer when I click on the "down" arrow... but it is blank when I have another coworker open up the pdf on her computer.  What am I missing?

I am having the same problem. Has anyone else seen this or have a solution?

Here is  a summary of the problem I get:

The user opens the pdf in Adobe Reader (either on their iPad or laptop) and selects one of the choices from the drop down menu and occasionally the drop down menu reverts back to no choice selected either when they save the file or even moving to another field.

Sooo frustrating!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Paul,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If the PDF file with drop-down menus has some JavaScript to get executed, on the basis of a choice being made by a user.

I would like to mention there is very limited support for JavaScript on mobile devices. And I am assuming that could be the issue you are running into.
