Drop down list dependency

Absolute newbie here, apologies!

I am amending a form with several drop down lists as follows; 

1.  FrameworkLotNo 
2. SchoolName 
3. Supplier

I need the options shown in list 3 to be dependant on the selection of the FrameworkLotNo selected in list 1.

There are 7 item options in list 1, named similarly to 'Lot 6 - Lifts and Lifting Equipment', each of which should allow for the single selection of between 3 and 7 item options in list 3, named similarly to 'KM lifts and services' or 'ML Elevators'

How can I acheive this?
