Dropdown list not working when emailed

Created a test with a dropdown list for the answers. It works fine on my computer, but it doesn't work when it is emailed.

  • Use the Right PDF Reader: Make sure to open the file with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Browsers and email apps often use basic viewers that don’t support dropdowns.

  • Email Preview Issues: Some email apps show a simple preview that removes interactivity. Ask the users to download the file and open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader.

  • Check the File: Make sure the dropdowns were saved properly and don’t rely on features like JavaScript, which might not work everywhere.
