Dropdown list selection pn PDF changes email addresses tied to submit button?

I am just learning about creating multi layer PDF's to essentially have 3 forms in one based on a selection in a dropdown list. Example, we have an Insurance Team and a Financial Planning Team. Based on whether Insurance or Financial Planning is chosen, certain fields would appear, and the current Submit form button at the bottom would then populate the 3 team member emails for Insurance or a different set of emails for our Planning team. Essentially, I need the selection to trigger the button and to use the right set of email addresses.
