We are filling in certain parts of the form for our customers and emailing them through.
When they receive them a dropdown menu option is showing. This has not been selected by us when we sent it.
Has anyone else had this issue - it doesn't happen on internal emails only on external.

What application is used to view the files on the other end?
Hi, I expect Adobe Reader.
We did a test to an external email address and it was openned in Adobe reader and showed the drop down menu option selected where it wasn't when sent.
You can't expect or assume anything. Ask them to check, and to send you full-window screenshots.
If they don't use Reader, all bets are off, basically.
