I am wanting to create a master form with sub forms inside it. When a user checks a box for the corresponding sub form it will populate into the master.
I have multiple agreements for different services my company offers. Not all cusotmers want all the services so we are trying to streamline the process. Most of the agreements need the same information about the customer. I'm hoping that I can create a master form that collects the necessary information, and allows the user to select the services the customer is wanting. When a service is selected the corresponding service agreement will be populated with the necessary information, and allow the user to print just those agreements for the services the customer is requesting.
Does that make sense?

Hi
The PDF format does not allow you to create subforms in the HTML sense of the word.
On the other hand, we can make each "subform" a page and then display/hide each page according to the user's choices, using the "Spawn templates" function.

Thank you. Unfortunetly spawn templates will not work for me as the agreements are several pages.

Why not? You can have any number of templates.

Each agreement is several pages. Unless I am missing something I can only spawn one page at a time. Is there a way to spawn multiple templates (pages) with one click?

You can spawn the pages consecutively.
