I am looking to have a dynamic stamp request a shop order number when placed on a customer purcahse order. What is missing for the prompt in the formula below? There are so many different answers to the same question.

if ((event.source.forReal)&&(event.source.stampName == "#OrderStamp"))
{
this.getField("Order").value = app.response("Order Number");
}

It works all of the sudden. I don't know if it was where it was saved or
how it was saved that made it work. Before, I was saving an updated stamp
and selecting the updated image from the stamp menu. Is there a procedure
for saving it? The file location I found online doesn't match the location
Adobe uses on my computer.

When you create the stamp in Adobe Acrobat it saves the stamp in the application data of the user.

Are you sure the stampName property is correct? How did you come by it? It's usually a non-sensical string of characters assigned by the application, not a coherent name.
