Dynamic stamp submenu causes Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to freeze

New Here ,
Apr 28, 2022 Apr 28, 2022

When I click on the Dynamic submenu of the stamp tool, It freezes and never responds. So I have to end the task from the Windows Task Manager to continue working.

Formating and reinstalling Windows 10 did not help. I am running the latest Acrobat Pro DC (32-bit) version 22.1.20117.0.

Do you have any custom stamps installed? If so, remove them and see if that fixes your problem. If a normal uninstall does not work, try the Acrobat Cleaner app to remove the application before you re-install: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
