E-mail Password request from Adobe?

New Here ,
Nov 16, 2019 Nov 16, 2019

After posting a request for help on this community I received a Private e-mail:

>>>>>>

Adobe PW01.jpg

<<<<

I responded to them with my problem..  I then received this email:

>>>

Adobe 02.jpg

<<<

I responded to them, but did not send my password as requested.  After thinking about it, I contacted Adobe support through a chat and was informed that Adobe would not ask for a password.

Would someone from Adobe please confirm?

Thanks,

GAD3

Companies like Apple, Adobe, Microsoft will never ask for passwords in e-mails.

No, it's a scam. As mentioned, the real support will never ask for your password. Also, the fact they provide an @outlook.com email address (and not an official @adobe.com one) is a dead giveaway that something's off with it.
