hello, when I add two emails for e-sign, my file goes to one email only. what can i do to fix this problem?

Thank you for reaching out.
If you are using the sending document for signature, the document is sent in order by default. So, the document will be sent to the first email address. Once the first signer signs the document, it goes to the second email address. If you wish to send the document to both the signer simultaneously, you may switch the radio button to send in any order.
