Hi, we purchase the Adobe Pro license a few days ago, when our team tries to send out Adobe files using the e-sign function, after the last step "review and send", this error pops up, "File upload failed. We were not able to successfully establish any connection with the server. Kindly save your agreement as a draft and try again later. Error code:401", could you please assist?

The issue might be solved by now. We have checked your account, and it is working fine. If the issue still occurs, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
