E-sign populating the wrong information

Hello,

I have been sent a contract and turns out my Account name was from when I was a child, so my first name and last name are wrong on the field in the document,

I have updated this, and the document will not update even though it is still an active document for signature. I need this to auto-populate to the correct name, without going back to the company
