I have Adobe Acrobat Pro for my macbook pro. I have looked through several forums here to solve my recent problem of no longer being able to use the "request e-signatures" feature. I also no longer have the ability on the online version to request e-signatures.
Any help to have this remedied would be appreciated! Photo attached.

We did check your account under this email, there's one Acrobat Pro individual subscription registered to it, and another is Creative Cloud Teams for teams.
Two different types of subscriptions are registered under the same account. CC teams also include Acrobat Pro. There's likely a chance that Adobe E-sign service hasn't been able to sync with the current plan.
Try accessing your E-sign service by logging into the Acrobat Sign page: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login
Also, test with a different file.
If it still doesn't upload or send out for signature, you need to contact our customer care billing team to get your subscriptions sorted first.
