Hi there , I run a small business that is just my husband and myself as staff. We have 7 clients and we wanted to digatise our service agreement and medical form which I have trialed on e sign acrobat and loved.
However at $18 a month that’s not going to work well for us as I only send agreements out once per year or if a new client starts with us .
This would not be cost effective. I am wondering if there is some type of lite version ideally like a once off payment . All I need to do is be able to e sign and fill out forms digitally .

If you have Acrobat you can add a digital signature field to the file. You only need to do it once, so you could use the free 7-day trial version, or subscribe to it for one month and then cancel the subscription after you create your file.
After that you could use the free Reader to view the signed files.

eSign can be used free of charge with Acrobat Reader for 5 (or more?, it changes sometimes) signatures/month.
