E-signature - Documents signed and received via email, but status in cloud still "Out for Signature"

Hi there, 

I posted once without a response, so trying again. I sent out a number of documents for signature, and I received email confirmations that they'd been signed, but in my cloud their status still reads as "Out for Signature." Can someone help me understand what's going on here? This is disrupting workflow. Thank you so much!
