E-signature does not function with Adobe FRL

I have a user on the Adobe Acrobat DC FRL and the request e-signature does not function. It is in the bottom right corner but if you click on it nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to the latest version . The function is still not available. 

 

Adobe Acrobat version  22.001.20169

Any ideas why it is not working

Could you please let us know what Adobe Acrobat DC FRL means? Are you referring Acrobat Pro DC desktop application?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the option on the screen that appears at your end that does not work?

Did you check if the user can send documents via the Acrobat Online account?

If not, please try and confirm. Open the following link:https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and go to the E-Sign tab. Then select the Request signature option.
