We are unable to send documents for e-signature from both Mac and Windows computers, both through the google drive Chrome Adobe and Adobe Acrobat. I get the following error message "The content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

Anyone have any tips to fix this?

My issue only occurs with AIA contract documents, which we use regularly and have never had an issue with e-signatures until now. The chrome Adobe option allows me to click on request e-signatures and then gives the error message that the content is blocked. Adobe Acrobat has the request e-signatures button grayed out and I cannot do anything with it.

I am having this exact issue, no matter what computer I use, or what program (Safari or Chrome).

Hi,
I am using the acrobatsign API to create an integration and this happens when they click the token link to sign the document. But if I use the email link from acrobatsign it works. I'm wondering if this is a plug-in issue or it's specifcally being blocked by adobe. Is there any way arround this? I haven't found much help online

Hi Ian30475066w5rf,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue. If yes, please share the screen recording of the steps you do. It will help us to replicate the behavior and to investigate it further.

Does this occur only when sending documents via Google Drive? Did you check if you can send the document otherwise?

As mentioned, the issue occurs in Adobe Acrobat. Do you mean when you use the Google Drive file to send for signature on the desktop application? More information would be helpful.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
