E-signatures in Acrobat XI Pro not supported

Is requesting e-signatures in Acrobat XI Pro no longer supported? When I try, it says I need to upgrade.

The message says I need to upgrade to Pro, which it already is.

I received a very quick and helpful response from Adobe Customer Care Team:

We would like to inform you that Acrobat XI Pro is too old and no longer available and supported with Windows 10 64 Bit and Secondly Acrobat XI Pro servers have been shut down.
