Hi, I have no completion deadline option in my settings and i cant see any expiry details anywhere on the doc or in the agreements page but my signers get an error saying the link has expired... why is this? Can I turn this off? My bosses think I'm an idiot!! I sold this e-sign thing as a great solution!

Hi Ami,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm if this happened with all the signers you sent the document to?

Is this happen with a particular PDF?

Would it be possible to share the screenshot of the message signers gets?

We checked your account with the email address you used to sign in here in the community.

It shows that you are using the Acrobat Sign Individual plan. Please confirm if you are using the same account to send the document for signature.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I normally send a document for 3 people to sign in a specific order.

If any one of those people take a long time to sign (it is not clear to me or anyone what that timeframe may be), when they try to do it, it tells them the link has expired.

I am loath to ask for a screen shot and irritate the managers further, but they have reported the link says it has expired.

This has happened with several different PDFs over a few months.

I am using my CooperSurgical work email to send the documents for signature.

Any help is appreciated.
