I have been trying to request signatures using the app and web but I am receiving the same issue.
My company revoke my access before but they gave it back now, which might be the issue.
Is someone experiencing the same issue?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using the Acrobat Sign services.
I checked your account registered here on the community, and couldn't find any active subscription with us.
If you are using an organization account to access the services, I recommend contacting your IT team to have it checked or raising a request with our Sign Solutions team.
If not, please share a screen recording of what you see when trying to use the feature, and also indicate whether you are using the desktop application or the web portal.
If you are using the desktop application, please ensure you are on the latest version (25.1.20643) for the best experience.
