I have been unable to request e-signatures for two days, it is impacting my work.
I have signed in and out of my account, checked my netowrk connection, and attempted to use other devices to send documents, and I am still getting the same error.
Is someone able to help troubleshoot this issue ASAP?

Unfortunately that is not the problem, I am getting an error message saying that I can no longer request signatures with the user profile associated with my email
