e-sinature window showing

New Here ,

I'm working on Acrobat some PDFs with fill in fields. For my job I have to be able to copy information from those fields as fast as I can, but since this week I have been experiencing some trouble with this simple operation: when I try to select the whole text from any fill in field, a small Icon for e-signature appears, I have to click on it, then the e-signature window appears, I have to click cancel and then I can select or fill any fill in field.

I've already uninstalled and installed Acrobat again, it works fine until the next morning, it all happens again. So everyday I have to uninstall and install Acrobat to make it work without trouble.

Is there a permanent solution for this issue?Screenshot 2024-04-23 at 11.37.23 AM.pngScreenshot 2024-04-23 at 11.37.33 AM.png

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
