What if the PDF is already fillable? And I want to add a content on the PDF? Do I need to do all the job from the beginning because I will add a content on a PDF which is already fillable? Or is there an easy way?
Using Acrobat DC from your Adobe subscription (not Reader) you should be able to add content.
Check if the file is locked with a password (File > Properties > Security) or if the file was signed, these items will interfere with your ability to update the pdf.
