Edit Calculated Field

Hello, I am using a form passed over to me and I need to mock up some hand written data in it however there are calculated fields already embedded that are calculating values as $0.00. I tried editing the field form properties but I can't find that option? Any advice? Attached screenshot below (Want to remove the $ amounts)

Use Tools > Prepare Form and change the properties of the fields.

Once you are in Prepare (or Edit) Form mode, right-click the field in question, select Properties, then switch to the Format tab and change it to None. You'll need to do it one field at a time.
