Edit doesn't work adobe acrobat doesn't work anymore - bearbeiten, Seitenerkennung geht nicht mehr

If I try to edit a pdf sheet ("PDF bearbeiten") a window "page recognion" ("Seitenerkennung") opens but is not able to do the job. The programme all of a sudden doesn't work anymore and the app closes itself.

The rest still works in a good way.

I also tried it to transform the sheet in word instead but also that doesn't woork anymore

First, let's try to narrow down the problem. Is this issue happening with a specific PDF file, or is it occurring with all PDFs? If you're not sure, try opening a different PDF file to see if the problem persists. If the PDF you're trying to open is stored on a shared network or drive, consider downloading it to your computer locally and then attempting to open it again.

 

Let's make some adjustments in Adobe Acrobat to see if that helps. If you're on a Windows computer, go to Edit; if you're on a Mac, go to Adobe Acrobat, then Preferences. Navigate to the Reading section, and under Page vs Documents, select 'Only read the currently visible pages.' Click OK, and then restart the application to check if this resolves the issue.

 

To ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC, please check your version by going to Help and then About Acrobat. Make sure you have version 23.06.20320 installed. If you don't have the latest version, you can check for updates by going to Help and selecting "Check for updates." After updating, be sure to reboot your computer.

 

If the problem persists, you can also try repairing the installation from the Help menu (this option is available on Windows systems).

Thank you a lot.
It was with all documents and I had the latest version.
Somebody else said it might depend on my windows version that something doesn't work anymore and like that he persuaded to de-install that one and buy acrobat pro 2020 instead.
With that version as a pity it still doesn't work and it it says it is a problem with "paper captue (10001)".
I got some advice for that too but I now reached my limits what I can do myself.
If you have an easy advice you can help me of course anyway

Here is the solution:-

 

Go to the location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\<Acrobat Version>\Acrobat\plug_ins\PaperCapture\iDRS15

 

For example, for Acrobat, go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat\Acrobat\plug_ins\PaperCapture\iDRS15 Copy all the files in the folder. Go to the following location and paste the copied files: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\<Acrobat Version>\Acrobat\plug_ins\PaperCapture Go to the location mentioned in

 

Step 1, and copy all the files again. Go to the following location and paste the copied files: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\<Acrobat Version>\Acrobat\plug_ins
