Edit error : Exception processing message 0xc0000139 - unexpected parameters

Hi Adobe support, i am facing the issue from last 10 days and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but every time i try to edit the pdf i get this message ''Exception processing message 0xc0000139 - unexpected parameters''. I did the clean uninstall by downloading AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021 and downlaoded Acrobat_DC_Web_x64_WWMUI installer file but i got the same error message.

Request you help me resolve the issue.

I have the same problem and have read many troubleshooting ideas. Nothing works.
