Hi I have purchased/subscribed to acrobat however it won't allow me to edit anything. Why is that? How do I go about fixing that issue as I have paid my money for this app

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

What happens when you try to edit the PDF file? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.  Also, a small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Would you mind sharing the application and the version you are using? Also, what is the version of the OS you re using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 installed. Go to Help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

What do you mean by "won't allow me to edit anything", exactly? What tool(s) are you using? What are the results of using them?
