I beleive you're working on a PC machine not a mobile. If so, this topic should be moved to the Acrobat DC forum.
Let us try to change the Language settings and see if it does any good. Please go to Preference which you can find under Edit menu. Click on Language found in left pane, then change settins as seen below
It is better to relaunch Acrobat after such changes are made. Let us know how it worked.
