Hello, recently I have been unable to edit my uploaded documents in Adobe Acrobat Online. The document loads but it does not appear in the edit view. Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how can I fix the problem?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to edit the PDF? A small video recording of the same would be beneficial.
Do you get any error message, if yes, please share the screenshot of the same as well.
Also, please try to download the file to your computer locally and then try to edit it and check.
